I sold my last home and purchased my current home with Carrie and she is phenomenal! I would, and do, recommend her to everyone. As far as selling a house (2015, address listed) she is great with staging and knowing how to prepare a house to sell for the best possible price. She works tirelessly to get you the best possible house, and then handles all of the details and work so you are not having to stress during a time that is already very stressful. She also is great at knowing the market and negotiating price and add ons, so you get the best bang for your buck.
